This policy explains what BrandRocket collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose. If a section still reads like legalese, that's on us.

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to BrandRocket LLC ("BrandRocket," "we," "us," or "our") and the websites, landing pages, and services we operate, including brandrocket.net and pagerocket.net (together, the "Services").

BrandRocket is based in the United States and serves businesses in the United States and Canada. Our Services are directed to users in the U.S. and Canada; we do not intend to offer them to residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other regions with separate data-transfer regimes.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact and business details — your name, email address, phone number, company name, and business website URL when you request a Growth Plan, fill out a form, or contact us.
Communications — messages, call notes, and anything you send us by email, form, chat, or scheduling tool.
Billing information — if you become a client, billing contact and payment details, processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).

Information we collect automatically

Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and time spent, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Conversion and campaign data — when you interact with our ads or landing pages, we and our advertising partners record which ad you clicked and what you did next.

Information from third parties

Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google and Meta), and publicly available information about your business used to prepare a Growth Plan.

The Growth Plan is built from public data about your business plus the business URL you provide. We do not access your ad accounts or private systems to create it.

Categories we collect (California)

In the past 12 months we have collected these CCPA categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address, online identifiers); commercial information (services requested, billing details); internet/network activity (browsing and interaction data on our site and ads); and professional or business information (company name, website, role). We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, precise geolocation, health, or account log-ins), and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

3. How we use your information

To prepare and deliver your Growth Plan and respond to your requests.
To provide, manage, and improve our Services and client engagements.
To operate, measure, and optimize our own marketing and advertising.
To process payments and keep business records.
To send service messages and, where permitted, marketing emails you can opt out of at any time.
To protect the Services, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

4. Cookies, advertising & analytics

We use cookies, pixels, and tags — including Google Analytics, the Google Ads tag, and the Meta Pixel — to understand traffic, measure conversions, and deliver and measure advertising, including retargeting and remarketing ads that show you our messaging after you visit our site, across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and similar platforms. These partners may set their own cookies and combine data across sites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of certain interest-based advertising through the DAA opt-out and NAI opt-out tools, and through a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor as an opt-out of "sale"/"sharing" where required.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:

Service providers — vendors who host our site, send email, process payments, schedule calls, and provide analytics, under contracts that limit their use of your data.
Advertising partners — platforms like Google and Meta, for measurement and advertising. Under California and some other state laws, this may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information for targeted advertising. See Do Not Sell or Share below.
Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence — including California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and a growing number of other states with comprehensive consumer-privacy laws — you may have the right to:

Know / access the personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Delete personal information we've collected, subject to legal exceptions.
Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising.
Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
Non-discrimination — we will not deny service or charge you more for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, contact us at brandrocket.net/contact or use the request options below. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by your state's law (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent where permitted.

If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we will reconsider and explain our decision.

Canadian residents

If you are in Canada, we handle your personal information under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We rely on your consent — express or implied, depending on the sensitivity of the information and the context — to collect, use, and disclose it, and you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual limits. You may also request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. In limited situations permitted by law, we may collect, use, or disclose information without consent (for example, to detect or prevent fraud, or to comply with a subpoena or court order).

7. Do not sell or share my personal information

To opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising, you can: (1) contact us at brandrocket.net/contact; (2) broadcast a Global Privacy Control signal from a supported browser, which we treat as a valid opt-out; or (3) adjust cookie choices as described in Section 4.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy — to provide the Services, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements — then delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

Our Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
